TONYA DOZIER
Administrator
In 2007, Tonya joined an Oil and Gas firm, working closely with the Vice President of Marketing as a Marketing Coordinator. This role strengthened her foundation in strategic marketing, branding, and business operations. However, her passion for meaningful, people-centered work ultimately led her into the healthcare industry in 2008.
Tonya began her career in home care with AHPC in 2008, serving as Office Manager, Scheduler, and Internal Marketing Assistant. In this role, she gained hands-on experience in caregiver coordination, client intake, staffing, compliance, and relationship management. Her dedication and leadership quickly positioned her for advancement, and in 2010 she was appointed Administrator and Marketing Director for the Dallas, Texas location.
In 2014, Tonya became a Partner, further solidifying her role as a leader within the organization. Today, she manages the Texas locations and oversees daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and exceptional service delivery. Her expertise spans operations management, caregiver recruitment and retention, client care coordination, marketing strategy, and community outreach.
Tonya is deeply committed to maintaining strong, personal relationships with caregivers, clients, and community partners. She believes that exceptional home care begins with trust, compassion, and consistency, and she makes it a priority to regularly visit clients and support caregivers in the field. Through her leadership, she promotes independence, dignity, and peace of mind for every client served.
KRYSTAL PRICE
Alternate Administrator
Krystal provides leadership and manages the day-to-day operations for our Dallas, Texas location. She has over 11 years of managerial experience within the Health Care industry, and has a background of working with numerous Assisted Living Facilities, Home Health Care agencies, and Private Duty agencies. Over the last 8 years, Krystal has personally attended and assisted her bedridden grandmother and has become her personal advocate while making sure that she receives the best aging care. In 2012, Krystal joined AHPC as a Scheduler, and transitioned into the role of the Director of Operations in 2013.In 2015, Krystal became the Alternate Administrator for the Texas location. In addition to treating every client as if they were her own family, she promotes dignity, independence, self-determination, along with privacy when it comes to serving our clients.
